time stretching

I can do it in protools, having a hard time in cubase sx.
how do you stretch/compress audio for remixes

Any real WAV editor is capable of time warp these days. GoldWave (http://www.goldwave.com/) is a popular choice.

Ya, I realize that. But I am able to do it within Pro Tools. I'm trying to figure out how to do it within Cubase SX

I tried using the nero burning software which has an audio editor to do some samples of flutes and choirs.
