Trouble Downloading Files

I've search the database and tried everthing possible from refreshing the page etc. and still can't download the file. Does the person have to be online to have the file available, I don't think, eh! Help me out on this one. I've even gone into the feature store to purchase credits and that's not even working.

No the person does not have to be online certainly...
Well you have plenty of cash... did you got to FAQ's and read the section for downloading midi files? The file is not a link btw... let me know if after reading the FAQ's you still can't d/l... also, any other information about what may occurr on your end might be helpful in determining the source of your problem.
