Guitar to piano

Anyone know how to convert guitar tabs to piano music? Or at least tab to chord?

That is actually quite simple. Your tab represents your strings, right? Well the guitar is tuned to the same concert key as a piano. So the open guitar strings represent the same notes on the piano. Each fret on the piano is one half step. Simply figure out each note in your guitar chord to the corresponding key on the piano. Do this for each note in the chord and you have the chord!!
