It's "the Last Saskatchewan Pirate" either by the Arrogant Worms or Captain Tractor. I've been looking for this midi for a long time. But I think it helps a bit to request it by name so that other members have a better chance of helping you out....

Just to let you know that I'm still looking for one too. In better days (seems a long time ago) I would have had time to sit down and sequence it myself...
