Just curious.
For those of us who do sequence our own midi files, what software, hardware or other various applications do you use?

I use Cakewalk Pro 9 and Sonar (on occasion).

What do you use (and why do you prefer it)?

Thanks!

Same story here - I use Cakewalk products mostly out of familiarity - looking for something new and exciting.

I am appreciating all this feedback!

Thankx all!

Heh, resurrecting all your old threads, Art.

Cakewalk Home Studio 6 & WinJammer Shareware

Looks like I'm the no-upgrade cheapskate. :D

Anyone have any recommendations about all the Sonar stuff Cake's pushing these days? I haven't found too many reasons to throw more $$ their way lately - am I missing something cool?

HAH! I completely forgot this thread
An oldie...

I've since upgraded to Sonar 2.0 - Holy *@$$@!!! what a difference!
I've been really happy with it, very flexible, very powerful; I hardly touch Pro 9 anymore!

I know it's steep, but IMO very worth it!

Cool, I'll have to give some thought to parting with my much loved $$$. ;)
