VanBasco's karaoke player is a real good one, and it's free ! But only a player.

To add lyrics to a midifile, try CakeWalk. TMHO, the easiest way to add lyrics.

Van Basco is really cool as a player but i agree with cakewalk being the easiest way to add lyrics as well but does cakewalk SONAR support it as well? I used to be able to do it in the Pro Audio vers of cakewalk... haven't been sequencing in a while in SONAR :)
